The selected time is your preferred time and is not the final appointment time.
If you submit the request without paying the deposit, we will review requests in order during business hours and contact you. The 5% direct booking benefit applies only to bookings with a confirmed PayPal deposit.

Is the deposit a separate fee from the treatment cost?
No. The USD 35 deposit paid via PayPal will be credited as ₩50,000 toward your treatment cost upon visiting the clinic, reducing your on-site payment as shown in the example below.
Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Appointments can be rescheduled once. Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled appointment time will receive a full refund of the USD 35 deposit via PayPal. Please contact your dedicated coordinator for changes or cancellations.
What happens if I cancel within 48 hours or do not show up?
The USD 35 deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time or for no-shows without prior notice.
What happens if the clinic cancels my appointment?
If the clinic must cancel your appointment, the USD 35 deposit will be fully refunded via PayPal.
Does the 5% discount apply to all treatments?
Applies only to regular-price treatments for overseas international patients booking directly through the official website. Cannot be combined with event or package benefits.
Where should I send my consultation photos?
Once our coordinator contacts you, please send your consultation photos via the messenger provided. The time selected on the application form is your preferred time, not the final appointment time. Please check the final confirmation.
