MiraJet

MiraJet is a laser-based, needle-free jet injector developed by JSK Biomed in Korea. A 2940 nm Er:YAG laser creates an instant burst of pressure in water inside the device, which fires the medication as a fine microjet that reaches the dermis without a needle.
For depressed scars, the key is micro-subcision. The high-speed jet finely releases the fibrous bands that tether the scar floor downward, and regenerative agents such as Juvelook or Gouri fill that space. As new collagen forms, the sunken scar gradually rises.
Each shot delivers a consistent amount, so medication spreads evenly even over large areas, with less needle marking, bruising and pain. It is used for scars, pores, fine lines, stretch marks and skin boosters, and Serene Clinic adjusts the medication and depth to each patient's skin.

WHAT IS IT?
Pressure instead of needles — release beneath the scar, then fill
When the laser creates an instant pressure in the liquid, a fine jet shoots through the nozzle, opening micro-channels in the skin and delivering medication into the dermis. At the same time, micro-subcision finely releases the fibrous bands holding the scar down, and the delivered medication plus new collagen fill the space so the depressed scar rises.

Step 1
