Xerf
Xerf · Dual-Frequency Monopolar RF Lifting
Xerf is a monopolar radiofrequency (RF) lifting device by Cynosure Lutronic. By combining 6.78MHz and 2MHz frequencies, it delivers energy from the upper dermis down to the subcutaneous fat and SMAS layers.
The 6.78MHz frequency targets fine lines and collagen in the upper dermis, while the 2MHz frequency induces deeper tightening and lifting. A 3-stage cooling system protects the skin surface during the procedure, reducing heat sensation and discomfort.

WHAT IS IT?
Dual Frequencies for Both Shallow and Deep Layers
While conventional RF devices rely on a single 6.78MHz frequency, Xerf adds 2MHz to deliver energy to deeper layers that single frequencies struggle to reach. It stimulates collagen and elastin in the dermis while refining facial contours in the deeper tissue.
